Prices do not include VAT and are subject to change without notice.
Standard Hourly Rate: £25 per hour, no VAT charge.

On-site tariffs
Hourly Rates:
Weekdays, 08:30 - 17:30.......................................... £25.00
All other times, including nights and weekends..........£35.00

Guaranteed Response Times:
8 hour: £30.00
4 hour: £45.00
2 hour: £60.00

Terms: Payment due in full on completion unless stated or agreed otherwise.
Strategy Consultation
£25 per hour for face-to-face consultation time and report writing if required.
For most small businesses this is completed in 2 - 4hours.

Websites
£25 per hour for design and creation.
Plus up to approx £50 per year to hire the storage space on the remote server on which your website will reside. The cost of this depends basically on the amount of server space hired. Any further administration, maintenance or amendments are charged at the standard hourly rate.

Databases
Prices depend very much on the individual case, but as a very rough guide, a database offering the basic small business functions, (contacts, stock, orders, invoices, statements, sales info etc) will start from £300 to £500.

Networks
Example of a basic network installation:
Connect 5 computers with supplied loose CAT5 cable and a supplied central hub.
Install supplied network cards in computers.
Configure networking, file sharing and internal email.
Approx £400.

Internet and Email
Example 1:
For a single computer to be connected to the internet with a 56k "dial-up" connection via a supplied and installed modem:

Setup: approx £50
Plus £12.99 (inc VAT) per month payable to your chosen Internet Service Provider.

Example 2:
For a single computer with a 512k "always on" connection shared to 10 other machines on your existing network, including setting up email on all computers:

Setup: approx £245
Plus: £50 - £100 per month to your Internet Service Provider depending on the type of connection.
