Although we do not offer telephone support as a full service, please
feel free to call us if you need advice on a technical problem.
The two methods of support we offer are:-
Remote Control
A very efficient and convenient method for solutions requiring expert
interaction. This involves connecting to the problem computer via
a secure internet connection and quite literally performing a remote
control operation. This is especially useful for computers which
really need to be available at all times, like busy reception computers,
or file servers.
On-site Support
We can provide expert 'hands on' support where necessary. When you've
got problems which are holding up the works, it is very reassuring
to know help is on the way to get you back up and running again.
When working on your premises, our engineers will show consideration
to your business operation by being flexible to their environment,
and completing the work with minimum disruption.
